| GERRY
MULHOLLAND
- With several years management experience
at a large Canadian national retail chain, Gerry has a background
in retail planning, development, marketing and operations.
Gerry assists clients investigating commercial and institutional
business opportunities by preparing business plans, marketing
and merchandising strategies, capital and operating budgets,
and financing strategies.
- Gerry prepares many of the highest and
best use analyses, market studies, feasibility studies plus
investment and valuaton analyses used by G. P. Rollo &
Associates in formulating business plans and development
strategies for client’s real property holdings.
- As a financial analyst, Gerry is responsible
for preparation the developer proforma and land valuation
analyses used in the highest and best use, development and
disposition, feasibility and development strategy studies
prepared by G. P. Rollo & Associates.
- He is also involved in the preparation
of the firm’s real estate courses and technical background
reports.

BARER
Justin is a planner and land economist and
has been providing real estate planning and advisory services
throughout B.C., Alberta and Ontario since 2005. He provides

Associates, Justin worked with Commercial Marketing Inc. and
the Hudema Consulting Group Ltd. as a planning consultant
and real estate analyst focusing on commercial land use development.
