Mulholland
With
several years management experience at a large Canadian
national retail chain, Gerry has a background in retail
planning, development, marketing and operations. Gerry assists
clients investigating commercial and institutional business
opportunities by preparing business plans, marketing and
merchandising strategies, capital and operating budgets,
and financing strategies.
- Gerry prepares many of the highest and
best use analyses, market studies, feasibility studies plus
investment and valuaton analyses used by G. P. Rollo &
Associates in formulating business plans and development
strategies for client’s real property holdings.
- As a financial analyst, Gerry is responsible
for preparation the developer proforma and land valuation
analyses used in the highest and best use, development and
disposition, feasibility and development strategy studies
prepared by G. P. Rollo & Associates.
- He is also involved in the preparation
of the firm’s real estate courses and technical background
reports.
